Here's a cat!

Hello all,
Thought I'd come back at ya with another artist feature.
Might be awhile before I can do another one.
Hope you find some inspiration



Starting out with travisJhanson I must say his works are so much fun.
The attention to the small details really amplifies his art with the way he tucks away little surprises in the image.
In addition to his prints Travis creates delightful comic panels of fantasy characters which derive a little influence from Calvin and Hobbs.

This guy is definitely worth taking a look at.





Next we have Astral-Chan
She has some strong use of line variation helping structure characters and points of focus.
Alot of Astral's work has a softer feel to them not emphasizing stark contrasts but leaning toward a more velvety consistency.
Be sure to check her stuff out.




With Marcobucci's work, he does a phenomenal job with light and color theory.
His tutorials on youtube taught me some great methods of unifying colors throughout a piece.
If you are looking a great tutorial on advanced color, be sure to check this guy out.




Lastly I wanted to give a shout out to evis341
He seems to be exploring his interests and trying out various iterations with costume.
Keep going buddy, the more you learn, the better you're stuff becomes!

Hello fellow friends and newcomers!
I wanted to try something new and share some work of DeviantArt artists (and some shoutouts as well).
I'm hoping that by sharing stuff that inspired me, it will stir your creative side as well.

I wanted to first start with tsaoshin
He has left positive words with his comments and seems to be an all around chill dude.
His does some amazing line-less art and has created a vibrant color pallet.  TsaoShin developed a lovable style in which he accentuated character's faces, giving them an adorable look.





Another great artist I found was sharkie19
I've been following this artist's work for some time now and am impressed by the life and motion she portrays in her cartoons.  Sharkie has a great sense of color and a good eye for detail with textures and brush strokes.






Next on the list is MattRhodesArt
This guy takes art up to the next level with his sense of perspective and atmosphere.  Matt has an eye for staging his scenes and setting up discreet leading lines in the terrain to draw your eye toward the main action.  I loved the way he characterized environmental elements, not just trying to make them look realistic but stylizing them, creating a unique world.






Lastly, I wanted to give a shoutout to CRG-Free
When I first saw his work, he had been mostly doing photography but as of recent, I noticed he has created digital art as well.
